Nova Vita Clinic is located in beautiful Tallinn in Estonia. It is a private clinic which was opened in 1995 and also treats state funded patients. In 2011 it was relocated in Tammsaare Business Centre where other medical and non-medical companies are also present. The patients, therefore, do not feel like they are coming to a hospital/clinic. The number of treatment cycles undertaken in 2016 was 650 of which just over half were IVF cycles using own eggs.  The clinic is modern with art work in the waiting room. There are two laboratories and one theatre. There is a recovery bay with 6 beds.

The Medical Director is Dr Peeter Karits. Dr Karits is believed to be one of the most experienced IVF experts in Estonia. He first trained in Finland over 20 years ago. He is well known for his punctuality and care. In addition to Estonian, Russian and English, Dr Karits speaks Finnish fluently and is a favourite of Finnish patients. There is also a general manager, Karin Rosenstein PhD, who has worked since 2005 as an embryologist, quality manager, patient coordinator and research coordinator in IVF clinics. She has also worked in two London IVF clinics – Care London (CRM London) and Create Health (2009-2010). There are five doctors in total (2 IVF specialists, 1 anaesthetist, 1 visiting urologist, 1 visiting endocrinologist). There are also 5 embryologists and the two senior have many years of experience between them.  There are also IVF coordinators who speak English, Swedish, Russian and Finnish.  All the staff speak English fluently.

The clinic has ISO accreditation ISO 15189:2011-2017 and is regularly inspected by the Republic of Estonia Agency of Medicine.
