The clinic provides all fertility treatments (except surrogacy and gender selection IVF cycles) with own or donor (anonymous) gametes for heterosexual or female couples or single women. The egg recipient age limit is around 50 years. The storage of cryopreserved gametes has no time limit. Reproclinic IVF Costs
The first consultation with a Patient Coordinator is free of charge. The first consultation with a doctor (whether online or in person) costs EUR 80. If you’re looking for IUI treatment the costs are as follows:
- IUI (intrauterine insemination) with partner sperm – EUR 1,195
- AID (artificial insemination with donor) – EUR 1,595.
IVF with Own Eggs
IVF treatment with own eggs with ICSI and embryo transfer included costs EUR 3,900 and includes sperm preparation, ICSI or conventional IVF of mature eggs, sedation, embryo culture to blastocyst stage, first embryo transfer, HCG pregnancy test (if done at Reproclinic), first scan if positive pregnancy occurs (if done at Reproclinic).
If you decide to go ahead with IVF with own eggs, you should know that in case of the absence of mature eggs or viable embryos, you are covered.
- Cancellation before egg retrieval: EUR 1,500 refund (or EUR 1,000 discount on next cycle),
- Cancellation due to the absence of mature oocytes or not recovered oocytes: EUR 2,100 refund,
- Cancellation due to the absence of viable embryos EUR 300 discount of the total price,
- Cancellation of transfer for medical reasons (if embryos are viable): EUR 300 discount on the total price. The embryo freezing fee must be paid. The cost of the transfer will be EUR 1,100.
Egg Donation
The clinic offers several programs for egg donation treatments.
- IVF-Egg Donation Basic Basic: €4,250 – 4 mature eggs guaranteed
- IVF-Egg Donation RC1: €5,100 – 1 blastocyst guarantee
- IVF-Egg Donation RC2: €6,950 – 2 blastocyst guarantee
- IVF-Egg Donation RC3: €8,150 – 3 blastocyst guarantee
- IVF-Egg Donation RC5: €9,950 – 5 blastocyst guarantee.
What is included in the programs?
- 1st medical consultation, a study of the case, and preparation of treatment
- Unlimited consultations in the patient’s language with our team: gynecologists, patient and medical assistants during treatment
- Detailed sperm analysis + sperm preparation
- Egg donor selection
- Egg donor matching
- Egg donor treatment (medication and economic compensation)
- Evaluation of scans, blood tests, and medical reports

- If no embryos guaranteed are obtained, a free cycle is offered without any charge (Program RC1, RC2, or RC3).
Patients should be aware that the embryos will not be created all at once but along their productive path.
Blastocyst guarantee does not apply in cases of:
- low-quality sperm used in the cycle (sperm concentration less than 10 mil/ml and/or progressive motility less than 25% and/or less than 2% of normal forms)
- PGT-A analysis on the embryos.
If no embryos are obtained, a new cycle will be carried out free of charge. In the case of the RC2, RC3, or RC5 programs: if fewer embryos are obtained in the first cycle than the ones guaranteed in each program, the remaining embryos could be created from a different egg donor in a new cycle without any extra cost.
There is a cancellation policy in place for egg donation programs:
- If the cycle is cancelled after the initial payment of PHASE 1 has already been made to start searching for the donor, an administration fee of EUR 950 will be charged and the remaining amount will be reimbursed.
- If the transfer is cancelled for medical reasons, EUR 300 will be deducted from the cost of the treatment. The freezing of any remaining embryos and the subsequent embryo transfer will have to be paid in full.
ROPA Method – Reciprocal IVF for Lesbian Couples
There’s also an offer for same-sex female couples – a shared motherhood program (also known as ROPA or Reciprocal IVF) including a donor sperm (Caucasian donor) at the cost of EUR 5,250. This package includes:
- 1st medical consultation/study of the case and preparation of treatment
- Two medical consultations and an unlimited number of consultations with the patient/medical assistants during treatment
- Detailed donor sperm analysis + preparation
- Scans and Pap Smear test
- Evaluation of scans, blood tests and medical reports during treatment (or evaluation): egg donor partner and recipient partner
- Stimulation and monitoring (ultrasounds) follow-up: egg donor, partner and recipient partner
- Egg retrieval (surgery room), egg preparation for fertilization
- Anesthesia during the egg collection
- Sperm preparation for IVF
- ICSI method/conventional IVF
- Prolonged embryo culture
- 1st embryo transfer
- HCG pregnancy test, first scan post-pregnancy.
There is a cancellation policy in place for ROPA programs:
- Cancellation before egg retrieval: €1,500(€1,000 discount on the next cycle)
- Cancellation due to the absence of mature oocytes or not recovered oocytes: €2,100
- Cancellation due to the absence of viable embryos: €300 discount on the total price
- Cancellation of transfer for medical reasons (if viable embryos): €300 discount on the total price.
- Embryo freezing must be paid. Another embryo transfer fee has to be paid (€1,100).
Donor sperm costs an extra, EUR 410 for a Caucasian donor; if you require an African, Asian, or Latin sperm donor, this will cost EUR 595. Embryo donation (Caucasian ethnicity) is available at the price of EUR 2,990/embryo and embryo donation (black ethnicity) at the price of EUR 3,490/embryo.
Egg/Sperm/Embryo Freezing
At Reproclinic, you can also preserve your fertility by undergoing egg vitrification (1st cycle) at the cost of EUR 2,500 (storage/maintenance for five years included). Egg thawing and IVF after fertility preservation with ICSI and transfer included costs EUR 2,900. Fertility preservation (package of 2 consecutive cycles– done in the same year) costs EUR 3.550. Medication is not included. The cost is around EUR 1,000. Scans can be performed in the patient’s country and the results can be sent to Reproclinic directly. Having patients’ comfort of mind, there is a cancellation policy in place:
- cancellation before egg retrieval: EUR 1,200 refund (EUR 600 discount on next cycle)
- cancellation due to the absence of mature oocytes or not recovered oocytes: EUR 2,100 refund.
The cost of sperm freezing is EUR 250 and it includes 6 months of storage. If you wish to freeze your embryos, embryo vitrification and one year of storage included amounts to EUR 970. Then, per every year of storing frozen sperm or embryos, you will pay EUR 465.
Then, the cost of FET (frozen embryo transfer) is EUR 1,600.
PGT testing
- PGT Phase I – EUR 1,100 – embryo biopsy and biopsied tissue preparation, embryo freezing and 3-month storage,
- PGT-AS Phase II – EUR 350 – price for each analysed embryo,
- PGT Phase III – EUR 1,100 – endometrial preparation, thawing of euploid embryos and transfer.

Reproclinic Success Rates 2021
The overall clinical pregnancy success rate for IVF with own eggs per embryo transfer in 2021 was 34.2%. Per patient’s age the statistics look as follows:
- women under 35 years old: 42.8% (excluding PGT tested cases)
- women 36-39 years old: 38.8% (excluding PGT tested cases)
- women over 40 years old: 15.4% (excluding PGT tested cases).
In 2021, the overall clinical pregnancy success rate for IVF with donor eggs was 73.7%, the frozen embryo transfer success rate was 62%. The embryo donation success rate was 83.3%. The average number of embryos transferred per embryo transfer was 1.2 so the multiple birth rate in 2021 was 4.9%. The clinic prefers to transfer blastocyst embryos.
They submit their results to the Spanish Fertility Society (SEF) for verification.
