Barcelona IVF clinic is located in the Bonanova district in Barcelona, Spain. It is a private clinic and was established in 2010. In 2018 over 1,500 IVF treatment cycles were carried out in the clinic. The clinic is ISO 9001 accredited which guarantees quality of the treatments offered.

The Medical Director of Barcelona IVF is Dr. Raul Olivares who began his career in assisted reproduction in 1996. Barcelona IVF employs a multi-disciplinary team of gynaecologists, andrologists, biologists, anesthesiologists and psychologists with many years of experience in the fertility field. There are 8 fertility doctors at the clinic and they all speak English. As well as English, the team can also treat people whose first language is French, German, or Italian. There are 9 embryologists, including 4 senior embryologists with over 15 years of experience and ESHRE accredited. There is an International Team of sixteen people who are the point of contact between the patients and the clinic. They all speak fluent English.

Barcelona IVF accepts female patients up to the age of 50. Single women, same-sex female couples and HIV/ HCV/HBV patients are also accepted and can be treated at the clinic. The initial consultation at Barcelona IVF can be booked and held free of charge. What is more, for patients from abroad who do not want to travel for their first consultation and are looking into their options, the clinic offers a free Skype consultation. This allows you to discuss your treatment options from the comfort of your own home.
