• After loading embryo transfer – after loading embryo transfer is a technique where the catheter is first precisely positioned within the mother-to-be while the embryos remain in the incubator. Only when the placement is confirmed to be ideal, the embryos are quickly transferred into the already positioned catheter, ensuring they spend minimal time outside the controlled environment, which maximizes their viability and the likelihood of a successful pregnancy.

Eugin solutions for women with poor ovarian reserve:

• Ovarian rejuvenation PRP – Platelet-rich plasma is a concentration of platelets which are vital components for healing and cellular regeneration. PRP is valued for its role in treating low ovarian reserve through “ovarian rejuvenation,” aiming to boost egg quantity and improve conception chances in women facing reproductive challenges.
• Plasma Rich in Growth Factors Technique (PRGF) – this technique is an advanced form of regenerative medicine that improves upon traditional platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments. This method uses a patient’s own processed blood, which has potent anti-inflammatory and tissue-regenerative properties, and is used in reproductive treatments.

Eugin IVF Success Rates

The egg donation clinical pregnancy success rate was 52% in 2020 and for IVF with own eggs – 38%. The clinical pregnancy success rates with own eggs as per woman’s age were as follows

• women under 35 – 49%
• women 35-40 – 44%
• women above 40 –  23%.

In 2021, for fresh donor eggs, the success rate per embryo transfer in a single IVF cycle stands at 69%. In contrast, for frozen donor eggs, this rate was significantly lower at 35%. On average, the number of embryos transferred per procedure is one, indicating a cautious approach to minimize the risks associated with multiple pregnancies.

Eugin was established to help every woman who dreams about becoming a monther. Since 1999, our clinic in Barcelona became the starting point for thousands of families. Every year we carry out more than 8,000 reproductive treatments for families with infertility problems and in need of medical intervention. Our care model is based on accompanying our patients throughout the entire treatment process, and all our practices are backed by scientific rigour and years or medical exertise and excellence.
