IVF CUBE was opened in 2011 and is located in Prague. It is a private facility. The clinic was designed and built to satisfy guidelines laid down by SUKL – the body which regulates and licenses the clinics. The design is well thought out, and the interior is very pleasant. The corridors and treatment rooms are spacious and bright. The laboratory complex is extensive and well-equipped. A nice touch is a floor-to-ceiling window into the lab which allows anyone to see what’s going on!
In 2024, IVF CUBE performed a total of 1,191 IVF cycles, including 414 cycles using donor eggs and 777 cycles using patients’ own eggs.
IVF CUBE holds key certifications including the ESHRE ART Centre Certification, which is valid until 2027, and the Certificate of Accreditation for the Medical Laboratory No. 8265, valid until 2029. IVF CUBE is the only Czech assisted reproduction clinic with ESHRE certification, ensuring that all clinical services, laboratory procedures, and research activities adhere to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Dr. Hana Visnova, Medical Director
Dr. Hana Visnova leads IVF CUBE as both Medical Director and owner, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in gynecology and assisted reproduction. Patients know her not only for her extensive medical knowledge but also for her warm, approachable manner and dedication to helping families grow. She is a Specialist in Assisted Reproduction, Gynecology, and Obstetrics and also holds a Ph.D. in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Over the years, her work has been widely recognized, including the 2018 SART Prize Paper awarded by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) — one of the most respected recognitions in the field of fertility.
Her career has taken her through leading medical institutions:
- 2005–2010 – Senior Consultant at IVF Zentren Prof. Zech in Pilsen, Czech Republic
- 1998–2005 – Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University, Brno
- 1994–2005 – Consultant at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics, Masaryk University Hospital, Brno
Under her leadership, IVF CUBE has grown steadily, with a team of 11 fertility doctors and 7 embryologists, combining advanced science with a caring approach to patient treatment.
Dr. Visnova is fluent in English and German, which allows her to connect easily with international patients.
Renata Hüttelova, Head of the Embryological Laboratory
The senior embryologist, Renata Hüttelova, who is also the Head of the Embryological Laboratory, is ESHRE accredited and has over 30 years of experience. This ensures your embryos are in very experienced hands. Renata has worked as an embryologist at the H.A.R.I unit in Dublin so is fluent in English. The rest of the staff are also very experienced and speak English so language issues shouldn’t be a problem at IVF CUBE .

IVF CUBE Success Rates
In 2024, IVF CUBE conducted a total of 1,191 IVF cycles. Of these, 35% (414 cycles) involved the use of donor eggs, while 65% (777 cycles) used the patients’ own eggs.
The overall clinical pregnancy success rate per embryo transfer with own eggs in 2024 was 40.8%. When broken down by age group for own egg cycles, the success rates were:
- Women under 36 years old: 51%
- Women aged 37-40 years old: 36%
- Women over 41 to 43 years old: 13%
- Women over 43 years old: 7%
Looking back at success rates from 2023, IVF CUBE reported an overall clinical pregnancy success rate per embryo transfer with own eggs of 40.4%. The success rates by age group for own egg cycles were:
- Women under 36 years old: 41%
- Women aged 37-40 years old: 30%
- Women over 41 years old: 8%
The clinic also recorded a 51.6% success rate when using fresh donor eggs and a 40.6% success rate with frozen embryos. Doctors at IVF CUBE strongly recommended embryo transfer on day five, when the embryo had reached the blastocyst stage.

Clinic Location
The clinic has convenient transport links being close to tram lines, and a taxi journey from central Prague will take around 15 minutes. From the airport, a taxi ride will only take 15 minutes.
The IVF CUBE clinic is located at Evropská 178, in the Vokovice area of Prague 6 (postal code 160 00), Czechia. It operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and is closed on weekends.
