The company has been operating since 2010, previously under the name BioEximi OÜ and Fertility Clinic Nordic. Since 2019, the clinic been part of the NEXTCLINICS group, which encompasses a network of high-quality healthcare facilities across Europe, primarily providing services in fertility treatment, gynaecology and midwifery. The clinic is located on the 4th floor of a private medical centre. The centre is modern and spacious, has multiple consultation, examination and ultrasound rooms, a medical device reprocessing rooms and cryo-storage room. Next Fertility Nordic has 2 laboratories (one embryology lab and one andrology lab), one operation theatre and one recovery room with 4 beds. In 2021, Next Fertility Nordic performed approximately 76 treatment cycles, of which 18% cycles were egg donation cycles and 25% were IVF with own eggs cycles.
The clinic and the lab have obtained licenses from the Estonian Health Board and the Agency of Medicine, respectively. The clinic has been a partner of the Estonian Health Insurance Fund from 1st October 2021. The health fund covers the infertility treatments of women who are under 40 or 40 years of age and have Estonian health insurance.
Medical Team at Next Fertility Nordic
The main doctor at the clinic is Dr. Ailen Aluri who has been working as a gynecologist since 2007 and has 10 years of experience in infertility treatment. Dr Aluri graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tartu and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynaecology at East Tallinn Central Hospital. She regularly takes part in international training courses. Her memberships include ESHRE, Estonian Gynaecologists Society, Estonian Perinatology Society, and Estonian Medical Association. The clinic employs 4 doctors, excluding the Medical Director and 3 senior embryologists where one of them has over 10 years of experience, the other two have over 5 years of experience. The embryologists are working towards ESHRE accreditation. Next Fertility Nordic holds ISO15189 certificate.
The Next Fertility Nordic staff speaks English, Estonian, Finnish, German, Russian, and Turkish. There is also a native English-speaking senior embryologist. The clinic is inspected by the Estonian Health Board and Agency of Medicine.

Next Fertility Nordic IVF Success Rates 2022
In 2022, the overall egg donation clinical pregnancy success rate was 52% with ET (Fresh Embryo Transfer) and 39% with FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer). When using only eggs from the NFN egg bank, the clinical pregnancy results were 63% with fresh embryo transfer and 41% with frozen embryo transfer.
Next Fertility Nordic IVF Costs 2023
- IUI (intrauterine insemination) – EUR 320
- AID (artificial insemination with donor sperm from the clinic’s biobank) – EUR 670. You can also order donor sperm from another sperm bank. The final price depends on the prices of the sperm bank + transport.
IVF with Own Eggs
The advertised cost of IVF treatment using own eggs is EUR 2,250. This package includes:
- patient stimulation,
- oocyte pick-up,
- sedation,
- fertilization,
- embryo cultivation in Embryoscope,
- sperm preparation for IVF,
- embryo transfer.
For patients new to IVF, the specialists at Next Fertility Nordic recommend a combination of tests: spermogram + IL6 (Interleukin-6)+ MAR + MiOXSYS at the cost of EUR 180. The acronym MAR stands for mixed antiglobulin reaction. The test is used to diagnose immunological infertility, which means that anti-sperm antibodies are present that prevent conception from taking place. MiOXSYS®, on the other hand, is a rapid in vitro diagnostic semen test that accurately measures oxidative stress.
IVF with Donor Eggs
The advertised cost of egg donation treatment (up to 10 donor fresh donor eggs) is a very reasonable EUR 5,900 and it includes
- donor compensation,
- donor stimulation and drugs,
- egg collection,
- sperm preparation,
- fertilization (in case of ICSI + EUR 700)
- embryo culture in Embryoscope,
- embryo transfer.
If you are looking for ICSI with frozen donor eggs, you can benefit from Egg Donation Program with 6 frozen donor eggs from the clinic’s biobank at the cost of EUR 5,850.
The cost of the first consultation is EUR 100 and online consultations are available as well. The price for sperm freezing is EUR 350. If you are interested in social egg freezing, the cost starts from EUR 1,350, then egg storing will cost you EUR 365 per year.
Other treatments and procedures are available, e.g. standard semen analysis at EUR 80, DNA fragmentation test at EUR 150, endometrial receptivity test (ERA) at EUR 850, endometrial receptivity test (BeReady) at EUR 400, genetic carrier screening test at EUR 450. If you’re looking to have PGT-A performed on your embryos, the cost is EUR 2,000 for 4 embryos.
If you wish to freeze your embryos, this will cost you EUR 400. Then, you can schedule a frozen embryo transfer and the cost is very affordable EUR 890. There is also an option to use a small number of frozen donor eggs.

Who Attends?
The proportions of patients who visited the clinic in 2021 were 80% Estonian, 5% Finnish, 5% from the UK, and 5% from the USA, and 5% from Russia. All international patients are welcome and are offered a complimentary consultation with our patient coordinator. No referral is required from a family doctor. What is convenient for patients coming from abroad is that there are no waiting lists. Clinic Location
Next Fertility Nordic is located in central Tallinn, Estonia, 10 minutes from Tallinn airport and 30 minutes from Tallinn port. Patients are recommended to use Tallink Taxi to get from the airport to the clinic. The clinic staff offers assistance in pre-ordering taxis. The approximate cost is EUR 10-20. Taxis can be ordered by dialing 1921, or there are usually several Tallink taxis available at the airport. At the clinic, there is a car park for patients located on the 1st floor. Charges apply. When leaving the clinic, the clinic’s staff can organize taxi rides to hotels/airports free of charge for the patients. Numerous hotels in the area provide discounts to the clinic’s patients.
